Karina Villalba
Born and raised in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, Karina traveled often as a child with her family around Ecuador to the coast, the mountains, the jungle and the Galapagos Islands, she developed a deep passion for traveling at a young age.
Moved to the USA as an exchange student for one year to learn the language and the culture.
Karina started working in tourism 25 years ago, she studied Business Administration and Marketing, she worked for over a decade at one of the most famous jungle lodges in Ecuador as operations and sales manager.
Has been a ground operator for over 10 years for one of the biggest Birding Tour Companies in the world, having run thousands of successful tours in Ecuador and over the world.
